EXPERIENCE

PRZEMYSŁAW ZAWALSKI is a Legal Counsel and a member of the Legal Counsels Chamber for the Łódź circuit.

He has extensive experience in providing legal service to entrepreneurs, in particular those operating in the field of management of commercial real estates and those providing services in the scope of wholesale trade in fuels. He provides legal service for developers’ projects of construction of Wind Farms and waste incineration plants. He has actively participated in the creation and operation of the new segment of the Polish services market – facility management. He has represented entities in front of the National Chamber of Appeals in proceedings falling within the scope of public procurements. In his work as a Legal Counsel and in better understanding of the clients’ needs, he is significantly aided by the knowledge he gained while performing the functions of President of Management Board, Head of Legal Department, Sales Promotion Specialist.

At the same time, he gives lectures and conducts training sessions, has teaching qualifications and experience as an academic teacher.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Law and Administration Department of the University of Łódź. He is a graduate of the post-MA studies in Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Economics in Katowice, as well as of the Managerial Studies in PR organized by the Management Department of the University of Łódź in cooperation with Robert H. Smith School of Bussines – University of Maryland.
